- My name is Jolyn – it’s pronounced joe-lynn – but you can call me Jo, my name is often mispronounced, don’t worry if you don’t get it right, I’ll still answer!
- I love singing to the car radio, even if I don’t know the words
- I’m a detail junkie – whether it’s napkin folds, table numbers or lining up the placecards perfectly straight
- I’m a sucker for textures – I love luxurious fabrics, interesting textures and layering.
- I married my childhood best friend & we have 3 gorgeous children (and their names are hard to pronounce too!)
- My favorite colors are purple & green, but that that’s just today, it will change tomorrow!
I travel the world to learn more about destination weddings every year. I love that I’ve been privileged to learn and meet from many of my wedding design mentors through the years and why destination weddings will always be my favorite focus, even though I love planning travel for any reason, any where!
I’m a Certified Wedding Planner with WPIC (Wedding Planners Institute of Canada) and an independent Travel Agent with Newwest Travel based in Edmonton – but the luxury of my business is that I can assist couples create their dream destination memories, no matter where they live.
